Sonic is xtremely playable, but I love this almost as Sonic !
It's just great, especially music.

TERRIFIC file size - Tutorials must be small
The Intro - what if someone have to see something quicky ? You need a "Skip" button, urgently
It is laggy - but not "laggy" -- It lags, A LOT, even though I had a good computer, this Tutorial made me adjust quality to Medium, but EVEN THEN lagged
The design is just horrible, some newbie this could do something like "OMFG !!! WTF is this ??? I out ! ". I just disencouranged some poor man...or maybe a chick !
Very helpfull Tutorial, it deserves it place in Flash collection - but all those awards ain't good...

It has over 600 pages of info with over 200 screenshots and 4 songs...
Of course it is big! and it should have been 15mb... but i compressed it with 16kbps audio and 28% bitmap quality.
Its not laggy on my comp... even on the older one i made it on it didnt really lag... on with tweened fire part...

I would have voted 5, but for a couple of minor glitches. This ROCKS, but there were a couple things you could have fixed before submitting it.... Fix them, and I'll give you a 5 tomorrow :)
Firstly, the bridge near the beginning disappears for a frame before he runs out onto it. That was odd.
Secondly, for the last part of the animation, he's not pounding on the spikes, he's pounding next to them, but they're sinking anyway... I think you just have the two sprites out of sync with each other.
Thirdly - I want to watch it again! But there isn't a replay button. Add a replay button, no doubt about it.
But -- DAMN. I hope you have more cool dreams, because this was WAY cool. Personally, I think this deserves front page. I'm gonna go watch it again.

Needs better Controls !!!!
It's ok but the controls need to be more accessible.
letting go of your arrow keys or looking down to press another button that's not directly under your left hand isn't going to work.
Something you can do to fix this is my making alternate keys. like a and s along with p and h. down was ok.
I didn't take the time to finish the game because the controls were a bit annoying that's all.
Good interactivity because you have to keep pressing space to attack and there are spells(ups, talking about them LoL).
